sales at JoAnn

I went to JoAnn because they are having sale on DMC threads for .30 cents each. that I always wanted to get and I got them I got plenty of them whoohoo. I use the JoAnn coupon for %off on items. It was not bad, I use my christmas present, JoAnn gift card.
When I was sorting the threads and I found that I was missing some of threads and knew that somebody did picked them off my cart that I already had them that pissed me off. I hate when people do that, that is very rude. But I only just have few that are not lot. I plan to buy more fabrics anyway when I go back to get the missing threads but it would cost me .40 cents each

I am continuing my christmas projects for my family.

I am really sorry for not posting in past months. In last 2 months it were extremely busy with holidays going on.. Right now, it had start to calm down. I am beginning to do something different this year with the Christmas presents, I am doing cross stitching projects for everyone in my family. I am doing both Christmas themes and varies themes as they like.

I hope to post little more this month of my progress of the Christmas projects I am doing. I am not going to post the photos because I might have family members checking my blogs so it is suppose to be surprise.

I have been so busy since then. 

I finished last year SAL few weeks ago and also Lizzie Kate Halloween ABC project at same time. 

I finished my own design projects as well and I am doing my other own projects right now. I am trying to finished this year SAL before 2014 comes. I hope to finish it before Christmas.

I wrote my project list in my notebook so I can keep record of my project when I start them and when I finished them even I can add new date after the old date when I would wanted to start them again also the finished date as well.

M for Michigan for my brother and my father. Even me too.

Few Cross Stitch Projects to do

I have few cross stitch projects to do

As I have seen my baby nephew's room that he had sailboat and nautical theme stuffs in his room that gave me idea to make him a birth announce in a nautical theme with sailboats, anchors and life rings around the project  as I plan to put sailboats on each side and put 2 anchors on top and the botton of the sailboats and put life rings on the 4 corners of the project.

Other project I plan to do are for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary which is in 3 months so I better get that start before end of April so I can get it framed before the anniversary date get close, I decide that I will have it framed in Jackson which is much closer. That way I can be able to save money to pay for the frame.

New SAL

sorry for not posting for awhile, I was busy stitching the new monthly SAL.  Also trying to finish my last SAL. I am trying to keep up to finished all of my projects that I have started. I am kind of starter addict, starting on new projects then move on to other new projects never got to finish the projects that I am trying to finish completely.

I got new fabric for my projects recently, I really like the colors. Of course I took pictures of them.

Got some fabrics and ribbons.

I got more fabrics and ribbons yesterday for my cross projects that I am making wall and door hangers. I am done for now until next month might will get more if I find more fabrics that I like for the projects. I am going to practice on one fabric on a cross stitch project that had small mistake on it but it is prefect for practice on hanger project.

Can't wait to see the result of the hanger project after I finished. Photo will be posted if the project turn out great.

I cutted some of the fabrics to get them ready to stitch into a door or wall hanger.

Work on Mardi Gras Mask again

I have been working on Mardi Gras Mask for few weeks now. Picture are posted.. The progress is going great.. the mask is done as the lower part is done with the beads. the backstitchings on the project will be at very last part after all are done. I have start work on the left side of the color feathers and the upper feather part will be there soon.
